Job Title: Assessor/Trainer – Electrical Installations Salary: £31,110 – £36,157 per annum Location: Cambridge We are currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Assessor/Trainer in Electrical Installations to join a leading Further Education provider’s Construction team. About the Role In this role, you will oversee a caseload of electrical apprentices, guiding them throughout their learning journey. You will play a key part in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, ensuring they are fully prepared for successful End Point Assessment. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality training and ongoing learner support Conducting workplace assessments and progress reviews Monitoring and recording apprentice progress Preparing learners for End Point Assessment Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers Supporting business development initiatives Ensuring compliance with industry standards and Health & Safety Maintaining accurate documentation and recordsThe role offers flexible working arrangements, including a blend of on-site delivery, workplace visits, and remote administrative work.
