About the Role:
As a key member of our support team, you\'ll work across year groups and departments to deliver high-quality learning experiences, support targeted interventions, and contribute to the wider life of the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to lead small group teaching, support planning, and be a visible, valued presence throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver planned learning activities across a range of subjects and age groups
* Support teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and assessment
* Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and enrichment activities
* Model and promote positive behaviour and attitudes in line with our school ethos
* Collaborate with staff to uphold and advance the school\'s vision and values
