We work on all size of projects, from short runs to all year-round projects. You will work as part of the operations team on the production floor. Leading a team of 5 -20 people you will follow the job instructions to transform raw stock into a finished product. Through mentoring you will ensure that your line meets the required output, whilst maintaining a high standard of quality and leading by example, sustaining a safe working environment.
