Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a global business to find a Category Marketing Specialist. This role is key in developing and executing marketing strategies for the health division, focusing on the European market.
European Category Marketing Specialist
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
We are seeking a talented individual with experience in implementing category strategies, preferably within healthcare or workspace sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying market opportunities, understanding consumer needs, and crafting effective marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement category strategies and focus areas.
* Manage all marketing activities for the division, including campaigns and sales tools.
* Communicate messaging effectively to attract and retain customers.
* Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer support teams.
* Update senior leadership on marketing progress.
* Conduct market research to evaluate activities.
* Coordinate with internal and external marketing teams.
* Manage photography/video shoots and assets.
* Work with European marketing teams to execute strategies.
* Monitor and analyze campaign data.
* Identify new product ideas with the Product Manager.
* Prepare presentations and launch documents.
* Manage marketing budgets.
* Stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in developing and launching marketing activities.
* Experience in healthcare or workspace environments.
* Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels.
* Creativity and problem-solving skills.
