About the role
The Bank Enabling Support Worker provides support and encouragement, following the person supported and the person-centered support plan. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication, and potentially covering sleep-in sessions, for which an additional £60 per sleep-in is paid.
Next Steps supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in developing life skills and confidence through activities like arts & crafts, sports, wellbeing, gardening, and horticulture.
