We're hiring an HR Business Partner to deliver a full range of HR services aligned with business objectives. Acting as the key link between HR and the business, you'll support managers on people strategy, organisational change, talent management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with leadership teams to deliver strategic HR support
2. Advise managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
3. Drive performance reviews, salary reviews, and team reviews
4. Support organisational change and culture initiatives
5. Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and grievances
