Your role will include: * Leading projects including Roads, 278 works, Structures, Drainage & Earthworks. * Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and to specification * Overseeing Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, waste plans, QA files, and ensuring H&S compliance * Driving programme performance. * Chairing weekly site meetings and ensuring clear communication across all teams * Managing cost control, forecasting, and commercial performance for your section * Identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities * Leading defect-free delivery and successful client handover You'll ensure accurate reporting, proactive risk management, and strong stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle of your works...
