About the Role As an IPS Employment Specialist at Waythrough, you will use your passion for helping others to support clients in finding and sustaining paid employment as part of their recovery. Working closely with clinical teams and engaging with employers, you will keep clients’ needs at the centre of your work while providing tailored careers guidance and skill-building support. What You’ll Do Support clients to secure and maintain paid employment that aligns with their recovery goals. Build strong relationships with employers to identify job opportunities and promote inclusive hiring. Work collaboratively with clinical teams to integrate employment support into clients’ wider recovery plans. Provide personalised careers advice, including CV development, interview preparation and skills training. Help clients set and review employment-focused goals, offering ongoing motivation and guidance. Maintain accurate and efficient administrative systems, ensuring timely referrals, assessments and progress reviews.
