Senior Payroll Officer
Location: Sleaford/Hybrid
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for an experienced and detail orientated Senior Payroll Officer to join an award-winning organisation in Sleaford. As Senior Payroll Officer, you will take the lead in managing and optimising clients payroll processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The role of the Senior Payroll Officer
1. Process monthly payroll including pensions uploads, FPS and EPS processing
2. Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations e.g. Tax/HMRC
3. Year End processes; ensure all year end processes are complete e.g. holiday, tax
4. Processing all payroll changes (new starters, leavers, overtime, SMP, SSP, etc)
5. Preparing all necessary reports from the payroll and HR systems, running the payroll calculations and preparation of the BACs payments
