You will support clients with executing their compensation strategy using their compensation data to empower their clients to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

What the role involves:
1. Data Analysis & Insights – Utilise data analytics to build market compensation trends within each sector. Translate large datasets into actionable insights and providing clients with a clear understanding of their market positioning.
2. Benchmarking & Market Research – Conduct comprehensive benchmarking studies on the qualitative mechanics of compensation plans and broader HR topics across EMEA. Provide insights and recommendations on salary structures, bonuses and equity that align with the latest trends and best practices in across the sectors.
