You can expect a variety of work.
You will work across both commercial and residential property litigation matters - including possession and forfeiture proceedings, service charge disputes, recovery of rent, contested and uncontested business lease renewals and dilapidation claims.
You can expect a varied caseload covering residential and commercial property litigation including lots of possession claims acting on behalf of landlords and tenants.
What you’ll need
* NQ – 2 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor.
* Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
* Experience gained in private practice.
