The role
We are seeking an experienced AI consultant to define and implement a commercially driven AI capability strategy across diverse digital businesses.
The role will focus on identifying practical applications of AI to enhance commercial performance across acquisition, retention, and operational decision-making. This will involve assessing different data environments across the Group and determining the most effective AI approaches suited to each business model.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to define the vision, scope, and roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze existing business data (documents, CRM data, reports, customer interactions, internal knowledge bases).
* Define the vision, scope, and roadmap for the AI-enabled applications, decision support systems, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and growth strategy.
* Lead the solution architecture and platform selection, leveraging appropriate 3rd party tools and AI technologies where commercially justified.
* Analyse client data ecosystems and identify high-impact use cases across acquisition, retention, and revenue optimisation.
* Develop and oversee AI driven insight generation, recommendation systems, and optimisation capabilities.
* Ensure data governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles are embedded in the solution design.
* Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in AI consulting or applied AI roles.
* Deep understanding of LLM technologies and other applied AI techniques.
* Experience designing AI solutions utilising 3rd party tools and AI platforms.
* Ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation.
* Comfortable working with varied data sources across different business concept.
