As we scale across the country, we're looking for an ambitious
Paid Media Executive
to help take Brillband to the next level. You'll join a small, high‑performing team where your ideas ship fast and your impact is visible.
The Role
You'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager to plan, launch and optimise paid media across channels including
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and YouTube
(plus the odd new shiny thing). This is a junior role made for someone who loves blending creative thinking with data, and wants to build serious media‑buying chops in a fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environment.
What You'll Do
* Assist with
setup, management and optimisation
of PPC, paid social, display and video campaigns.
- Monitor performance
and report on KPIs, pulling clear insights and next steps.
- Run
keyword research, audience targeting
and
creative testing
to lift CTR/CVR and lower CPA.
- Support
budget management and pacing
across multiple channels.
- Brief and iterate
with our creative team on new assets and variations.
- Stay on top of
platform updates, formats and best practice
— and share what's worth testing.
- Track competitors, spot gaps and
recommend ways for Brillband to stand out

What You'll Bring
* 6+ months' hands‑on
experience running paid social campaigns.
- A good grasp of
conversion tracking
(e.g. pixels, tags) and
campaign reporting
.
- Analytical mindset
with strong problem‑solving and attention to detail.
- Clear, confident
communication
and tidy
organisation
.
- Proactive, collaborative
approach — you love getting stuck in.
- A degree or
equivalent experience
in a relevant field.
(Nice to have: basic GA4/Tag Manager familiarity & platform certifications)
