Position Overview Position: QA Lead Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Location: Pune Position Description The area caters to Credit Risk management function for the bank. This area is responsible to assess Credit Risk, Manage exposure to risk across various counterparty portfolios, setting up portfolio strategies and overall risk appetite, assign credit ratings to the counterparties, Manage and monitor credit Limits across various dimensions and also provide inputs to create regulatory risk reports We are in the journey of building a Strategic platform “GCRS”, which will be used by entire bank for various credit risk management tasks across all categories. The platform is an integrated application covering end to end credit risk workflow, automated in-system workflow, quality controlled data, enable multitasking on screen and enable adding future functionalites.The entire technology suite stack are Java,Oracle,AngularJS [UI],Spring. In terms of tooling and framework we are using TeamCity, Jenkins, Cucumber, Liquibase, Jira, uDeploy, OpenShift, SonarCube and SAFe Agile to name a few. Automation framework: Experience in developing/enhancing the automation framework.Scripting knowledge. Developer mentoring for atumation adoption. API testing, security testing, performance engineering. CI-CD experience. Agile ways of working: Must have full experience of various agile ceremonies relevant to a developer. SAFe agile knowledge. Nice to have: Certifications around any of above technologies. Knowledge of Java language or basic sql queries knowledge Domain Must Have: Must have worked on Front-office technologies IB experience for more than 5 years Nice to Have: Risk technology experience [Credit risk or Market risk] Soft-Skills Must Have: Very strong analytical skills Strong communication skills Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations Excellent team worker Keeps pace with technical innovation Required Skills/Experience Ensure project/programme adherence to the Bank’s standard QA and Testing processes throughout the SDLC for each release Report the status of all testing phases in accordance to the Bank’s standard processes Produce detailed test approaches/plans for applications based on technical and business specifications in accordance with DB standards Drive QATransformation across various tribes within CR Ensure cross-project and programme dependencies are identified early and managed accordingly Ensure close collaboration with other projects, programmes and functions as required Manage resource to deliver against the agreed test plans within budget and timeframes Ensure thorough and robust testing is performed throughout the SDLC for each release Ensure Test Cases are produced for all changes in accordance with the Bank’s standards and with clear traceability back to the requirements Ensure that all changes have the correct level of test estimation Ensure defects are correctly reported, tracked and re-tested Manage UAT phases Identify Test Case candidates for automation Build automated Regression Testing capability Provide management, leadership and technical guidance to all QA & Testing resources within their project or programme Manage the working relationship with 3rd party vendors across multiple locations as required Participate in stakeholder management within the application and project context, including stakeholders of up and downstream systems and external teams Act as a QA & Testing escalation point for all stakeholders, including internal testing team escalation Champion and participate in the activities of the broader QA and Testing community Align to the wider domain objectives Drive a customer focused approach to delivering fit for purpose business functionality Support the development of an environment where people management and development is the number one priority.
