We are partnering with a premier, well-established insurance brokerage in Leicester who are looking for a Renewals Executive to join their growing team. This isn't just about processing paperwork; it’s about consultancy, client retention, and being the face of the business.
The Package:
1. Base Salary: £40k - £50k (Experience dependent).
2. Earnings: Strongmission structure + annual bonus scheme.

What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll take full ownership of the renewal cycle for a diverse range of clients. You are the expert they trust to get it right.
6. End-to-End Management: Reviewing policies, preparing terms, and closing the renewal.
7. Consultative Selling: Discussing options with clients to ensure they have the right cover, not just the cheapest.
8. MTAs: Handling mid-term adjustments with speed and precision.
9. Retention: Proactively managing your pipeline to ensure no client slips through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who knows the insurance world inside out and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
10. Insurance Experience: You’ve got a background in renewals or a similar technical insurance role.
11. You are a confident Acturis user (this is essential!).
12. Organisational Skills: You can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm when the "renewal season" hits.
