Here at Crewe BMW, you will report to the accomplished Aftersales Manager, who will give on‑going support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role. Responsibilities
* Supporting and provide guidance for all Technicians and Apprentices within the workshop
* Carrying out mechanical and electrical diagnosis using (Brand specific diagnostic machine) to manufacturers guidelines
* Assisting the Service and Diagnostic technicians with vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical diagnosis, using computer‑based technology
* Liaising with the manufacturers' technical team when guidance is required
* Advising the customer/ manufacturer of any further work required
* Road testing vehicles to ensure all work has been completed to the Lookers standard
Qualifications
* Accredited Diagnostic or Senior Technician with NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
* Motor industry Franchised Dealer experience
* Full and valid UK driving licence
* Self‑motivated whilst being able to support your team, ambitious and diligent in your approach, and are able to work to and maintain the highest of standards to all vehicles that take a spin through our doors
