The Company:
A leading player in the fintech and payments space is scaling its customer-facing digital wallet and payments offering. With ambitious growth plans across multiple international markets, they are seeking a Director of Product to define and deliver the next phase of their product strategy.
The Role:
As Director of Product, you will own the product roadmap end-to-end, driving vision, execution, and market growth. This is a high-impact role, working across engineering, design, compliance, and risk, while also influencing senior leadership on strategy. You will lead a team of Product Managers and play a central role in shaping how the business scales its payments product globally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and scale.
* Driving strategies to grow adoption, transaction volumes, and revenue.
* Conducting market research and analysing payment trends to inform direction.
* Defining and optimising product KPIs across performance, satisfaction, and retention.
* Managing global rollouts and adapting strategies to market nuances.
* Mentoring and developing a high-performing product team.
Your Experience:
* 7+ years in senior product leadership, ideally Director-level.
* Proven track record in payments or fintech, with deep knowledge of gateways, transaction flows, and security.
* Experience managing global launches and scaling customer-facing financial products.
* Strong analytical skills combined with user-first product thinking.
* Skilled communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
* Background in mobile-first products and cross-market strategies.
