Role Overview: The HSE Lead – Production is a hands-on, working role responsible for leading Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities within the Assembly/Production area through active daily engagement with production teams. This role is highly visible on the production floor and focuses on practical implementation of safety standards, working alongside employees to identify risks, improve processes, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. The HSE Lead will not only set standards but actively support and carry out safety actions, inspections, permits, and improvements as part of the wider production team.
