Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and manage a large kitchen team across all services
* Design and execute innovative, seasonal menus that balance quality and volume
* Maintain consistency, presentation, and exceptional food standards at all times
* Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
* Manage kitchen budgets, GP targets, stock control, and supplier relationships
* Collaborate with senior management to support events, private dining, and bespoke experiences
* Develop and mentor junior chefs to ensure growth, retention, and a positive team culture
