Quantity Surveyor
Chelmsford (Office Based with Occasional Site Visits)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Progression + Training

In this role, you will be responsible for managing variations, subcontractor accounts, and contract administration across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll prepare applications for payment, oversee procurement, issue contractual notices, and ensure accurate project financial reporting. This is a client-facing role where your communication and commercial acumen will be vital.
The ideal candidate will have some experience as a QS, strong contractual knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Great training and support are available.

The Role:
1. Administer contracts and manage variations across multiple projects
2. Preparation of applications for payment, notices, and claims
3. Manage subcontractor procurement and agreements
4. Oversee tenders, quotations, and order placements
5. Produce accurate monthly financial reports including CVRs
6. Contribute to project records and CRM updates
7. Office-based in Chelmsford with occasional site visits
