Due to the continued growth within the company they seek a Design Coordinator with joinery or fit-out project experience, to join its award winning Technical team, delivering exemplary design services across its wide ranging client base. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate joinery design information from concept, tender, and construction stages. * Review architect, interior designer, and contractor drawings for buildability. * Ensure designs comply with project specifications, standards, and workshop capabilities. * Manage drawing registers, revision control, and approvals. * Issue drawings to production & procurement. * Ensure drawings include all required information, including materials, finishes, fixings, tolerances, and assembly methods. * Support value engineering and practical design solutions to reduce cost and lead time. * Track and manage design changes and variations. * Assess the impact of design changes on cost, programme...
