As part of ongoing growth and development, the group is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team. With a fourth care home set for completion in December 2026 and a fifth in the planning stage, this role offers an exciting chance to shape the groups future direction.

The Role
The Operations Manager will play a key role in leading and supporting Home Managers, ensuring consistent excellence in care delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and oversight to Home Managers across multiple care homes.
* Ensure services remain fully compliant with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement in care quality, staff development, and resident experience.
* Monitor and enhance financial performance and occupancy across each home.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, service delivery, and care planning.
* Support strategic development and the successful opening of new sites.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in multi-site care home management and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an Operations or Regional Manager in the care home sector.
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and UK adult social care standards.
* Effective leadership, team development, and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and KPIs.
