EPC is looking to recruit a Process Technologist to ensure the smooth transition of its products from concept to launch, as well as identifying improvement within the factory which delivers efficiencies for the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Undertake trials in-line with the EPC and Customer requirements and as instructed by Line Manager.
* Document all data from trials, completing the trial reports and handover documents
* Secure and submit appropriate samples as requested by Customer as well as those for analysis
* Plan and organise resources to achieve the day to day delivery of trials etc, in-line with Project timescales.
* Working with NPD and Operations to deliver right first time products
* Contribute at the gated launch process to ensure products are produced on time in full and implement improvements as necessary
* Be involved in understanding and evaluating innovative processes / ingredients that the company is involved in.
* Carry out ongoing Process validation of relevant factory equipment to ensure site due diligence requirements are met.
* To operate in a safe working manner and support the site and business on continuous improvement
Essential:
Problem solving and project management skills
Desirable:
Food safety level 3
HACCP level 3
Experience working in pH controlled product making mayo & sauce
