Academics is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a fantastic primary school in Gillingham this September.
We are seeking someone confident in leading whole-class learning and supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
The HLTA role includes:
* Delivering lessons in the teacher's absence
* Supporting teaching staff with planning and delivery
* Assisting with interventions and small group support
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement across the classroom
The ideal HLTA will have:
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience
* Previous experience working across primary year groups
* A passion for helping children progress and achieve
* A proactive, flexible approach
