🔑 Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of a prominent mixed-use estate
* Oversee service delivery through close coordination with contractors and service partners
* Support and collaborate with building and technical services managers
* Maintain excellent estate standards and ensure full compliance across all operations
* Monitor budgets, assist in financial reporting, and drive energy-efficient initiatives
* Liaise with residents, tenants, and stakeholders to deliver a first-class estate experience
About You:
* Problem solver with the ability to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
* Methodical, highly organised, and attentive to detail
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
* Self-disciplined, confident, proactive, and accurate
Required Skills (Essential):
* 3rd Party / Contractor Management
* Basic IT proficiency (e.g., Outlook, Excel, systems reporting)
* Energy awareness and commitment to sustainable practices
* Financial management and budget handling
* Solid Health & Safety knowledge and compliance awareness
* Fabric management and upkeep of communal areas
* Project management experience, ideally within a commercial or mixed-use setting
