Permanent Full Time 40 hours per week We are now seeking two Assistant Site Managers to join us, one at our Beckhampton Road development in Nottingham and the other at our Bennett Street development in Derby. As our Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager to ensure construction is completed safely, to specification, within agreed timescales and cost parameters, as well as to our quality standards. Were looking for someone who has previous experience of the construction / housing industry and someone with up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety responsibilities, including building legislation, especially NHBC requirements. Youll have a trade background (i.e. Bricklayer, Roofer, Carpenter, Plumber etc) and have outstanding customer service skills.
