Are you an experienced Plant Fitter or Service Engineer who takes pride in delivering outstanding workmanship and exceptional customer service?
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Plant Fitter to join our growing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, providing servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of plant and equipment both in our depot and at customer sites.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to plant and machinery.
* Servicing and maintaining equipment to minimise breakdowns and downtime.
* Attending customer sites to carry out repairs and maintenance work.
* Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
* Ensuring all work complies with company and statutory health and safety requirements.
* Completing service reports and associated paperwork accurately.
* Managing stock, parts and materials responsibly to minimise waste.
* Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
What We're Looking ForEssential
? Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Service Engineer, Mechanical Fitter or similar role
? Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills
? Full UK Driving Licence
? Good understanding of health and safety requirements
? Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
? Strong customer service and communication skills
Desirable
? Experience working on plant hire equipment
? Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical fault-finding experience
? Relevant engineering or mechanical qualifications
? CSCS, IPAF or other industry-related certifications
