Tradewind Recruitment - 1:1 Support Assistant Needed for Pupil with Social, Emotional & Behavioural Needs Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a welcoming specialist setting to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Support Assistant for a pupil with complex social, emotional and behavioural needs. This is a rewarding, full-time position for someone who is patient, resilient and committed to helping young people thrive. The pupil divides their time between a nurturing on-site support unit and the main classroom. Your role will be to guide, encourage and support them throughout the school day, helping them develop positive routines, regulate behaviour and engage in learning.
