We are expanding our product team at the leading edge of data engineering, and we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, inquisitive individual to help us grow our expertise in using data to improve customer care andthe customer experience.
Within our digital Services Product we currently have a need for a strategic, outcome-driven Product person to play a leading role in our data product portfolio across SOT, SOR, and orchestration. As a Product Team we currently operate across multiple Engineering disciplines such as customer care, customer experience, integrations, and data. Role
As the Product Owner in this high-performing area, you’ll help shape and deliver a leading data product—working with teams across design, prototyping, and development. You’ll set clear product direction to drive better data-driven solutions for our customers.
We’re looking for someone self-motivated and curious, with a strong product background and a passion for mentoring others. You’re comfortable getting into the detail, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to solve complex problems, and working with Architecture to shape long-term strategies. You can clearly communicate product goals and impact to senior leaders and take full ownership for delivering results and maximizing ROI.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
* Collaborate with end users (data consumers, analysts, engineers and digital experience teams) to uncover unmet needs and pain points.
* Definition of features aligned to measurable business outcomes & ROI
* Co-creation of user stories to INVEST standard with Engineering team
* Create & maintain the roadmap for the relevant product & services and be able to articulate these across multiple teams and stakeholders
* Make evidence-based decisions about what to build (and what not to), informed by user research, technical constraints, business priorities, and data
* Communicate with a diverse set of technical and business stakeholders in the US including at exec level
* Engage with other Product Owners, architecture, data governance, compliance, security, business, and platform teams to manage dependencies and risks.
* Act as a data evangelist — influencing data culture across an organization and championing best practices in enterprise-wide data ecosystems including product thinking, democratization, literacy, and governance.
Experience
At least three or more years of work experience preferably in a Product Manager or Product Owner role. Strong preference for proven experience leading internal, platform or data products.

* Ability to, collaboratively create, and clearly communicate ‘the why’ and translate effectively between business and technical teams,
* Strategic thinking who understands the big picture & product strategy but can drill down into the detail when required, taking technical component and feature ownership and creating a clear vision to implementation
* Have a passion for all things data, understanding the value of data as an asset and how to unlock value from dataknowing that the value of an asset is determined by how you use it
* Demonstrated knowledge of product discovery practices including customer interviews, design thinking, hypothesis/user testing & workshop facilitation.
* Demonstrated experience of product discovery human-centered design,, brainstorming approaches – hypothesis testing, journey mapping
* Proficient in defining and measuring product outcomes using metrics such as engagement, latency, data quality, efficiency, cost savings, user satisfaction.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills to evangelise & influence at all levels — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences including at exec level
* Capable of navigating ambiguity along with strong prioritization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in complex technical domains.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience with Cloudtechnologies, particularly AWS
* Prior experiencewith business analysis and/or data analytics, creating system & productmetrics, dashboardsand insights
* Proven ability to drive ROI through product decisions, with a high-level understanding of how APIs connect data products to experience applications to deliver business value.
* Experience with SOT/SOR, pipelines & orchestration tool
* Experience with AI/ML platforms, generative AI integrations, or working alongside teams building intelligent or predictive systems
