Care Assistant – Caerphilly
Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Caerphilly. You'll be supporting our mission to transform social care and enable people to live longer, healthier, happier lives in their homes.
We are recruiting part‑time and full‑time care assistants to support clients at home across Caerphilly, Machen, Pentwyn, Bargoed, Penybryn, Ystrad Mynach, Llanbradach, Blackwood, Markham, Treharris and surrounding areas. No experience is required; we provide all the training you need.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing
* Manage medications and prepare hot meals
* Aid with domestic tasks
* Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for
Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK and subject to a DBS check
* Must register with Social Care Wales (SCW) and work towards a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within three years of employment

Working Hours and Flexibility
