As a Commissioning Home Manager, you will:
* Lead the full commissioning process of a brand-new care home.
* Recruit, mentor, and inspire a dedicated care team.
* Oversee operations, including budgets, occupancy, and compliance.
* Establish and nurture a strong, person-centred culture from day one.

The ideal Commissioning Home Manager will have:
* Experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin.

* Previous experience commissioning or opening a new service (ideal, but not essential).
