Health Assessment Specialist
£28,922.10 base salary plus overtime, commission, and fully covered travel expenses door‑to‑door; typical earnings are higher depending on shifts worked.
Full time, 40 hours per week.
Recruitment restricted to candidates based in Tottenham, Wood Green, Walthamstow, Finsbury Park, Camden, Enfield, Chingford, and Edmonton. The role may involve journeys of up to two hours from your home location, including drives in central London. Travel expenses, accommodation, and meal allowance are covered for all journeys and any longer stays.
Known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist at Bluecrest Wellness, you will help people take control of their health and wellbeing. You’ll meet customers who rely on your support, reassurance and professionalism, making a genuine impact on their lives.
Responsibilities, Hours and the Day‑to‑day of the Role
* Work four 10‑hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours, with shifts scheduled between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. The rota is provided up to 8 weeks in advance and can be adjusted for up to two days per month for personal reasons.
* Travel is a regular part of the role; you may need to drive up to two hours to reach your venue for the day (outside the 10‑hour shift). For drives over 1.5 hours, paid accommodation and meal allowance are provided. Public transport may also be used depending on the venue type.
* Deliver health assessments in a range of welcoming, well‑presented clinic spaces across your region.
* Begin each day by planning your route and travelling to your venue. Set up equipment, greet customers, and conduct assessments for 15–25 customers per day. After the last customer, pack down equipment and complete admin tasks before driving home.

What We’d Like To See From You
* Full UK driving licence and access to a standard‑sized car for transporting your kit to and from venues. Ability to store kit items at home when not working.
* Availability to work any days Monday to Sunday and any of the following time slots on a rota basis: 6 am–4 pm; 8 am–6 pm; 1 pm–10 pm.
* Proficient use of computers, laptops, phones, or tablets.
* Clear DBS background check (processed by us).
* Ability to travel up to two hours from your home and occasional overnight stays if required.
* Residence within a suitable distance of the regional location of the role.
* Attendance at Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (paid accommodation and meals if living more than 1.5 hours away).
* Willingness to learn new skills and take ownership of work.
* Ability to work independently, manage your own day, and take responsibility without constant supervision.
