Employment type: Fixed‑term contract, full‑time (35 hours per week). Duration: 2 years.
Remuneration: Level B from $127,947 plus leave loading and 17% super.

Why Your Role Matters
As an Education‑Focused Lecturer in Project Management, you will design and deliver engaging courses for postgraduate, and potentially undergraduate, programs. You will work with colleagues in the School of Engineering and Technology to develop contemporary curricula, support student supervision in the UNSW‑Project‑Management‑Programs and Master of Project Management (Canberra), and champion innovative teaching approaches to enhance student success.
Who You Are (skills and experience)
* PhD in project management or a closely related discipline, or a master’s degree in project management with substantive experience in course and program design.
* Deep understanding of project‑management principles, methodologies, and best practices, backed by academic and professional achievements.
* Practical experience in the project‑management industry, enabling integration of theory with real‑world applications.
* Experience in developing and delivering postgraduate and/or undergraduate courses.
* Track record in initiating curriculum development and improvement and a passion for engaging learning experiences.
* Commitment to mentoring students and junior colleagues, with potential leadership within the academic community.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
* Proactive approach to professional development, staying updated on latest pedagogical trends.
