Senior HR Advisor / Employee Relations - 12 Month FTC - Mat Cover - Remote - December start

We are recruiting for an exciting 12-month maternity cover position as a Senior HR Advisor, with a focus on employee relations. Experience at a senior level in ER is essential.
You will collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager to support leadership and influence managers on employee relations matters.
Role Description and key requirements:
* Provide credible, expert, and commercially aware ER advice to stakeholders at all levels on issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, TUPE, redundancy, reasonable adjustments, and complex ER cases.
* Tailor advice based on employment status (employee, worker), considering organizational risks.
* Accurately track cases on the case management system, review data, and drive actionable changes.
* Coach managers on ER issues, enhancing leadership capabilities and decision-making aligned with organizational values.
* Maintain a good understanding of UK employment law, sharing recent case law updates with the team.
* Deliver engaging ER training sessions.
* Collaborate with ER Team, HRBPs, and the wider HR team to meet key priorities set by the Head of ER or HR Leadership Team.
* Use case insights to inform feedback, policy reviews, and management toolkits.
* Conduct or advise on complex investigations, reporting findings professionally and considering risks.
* Draft professional outcome letters for complex ER cases, including whistleblowing, harassment, and discrimination.
* Manage ER cases effectively, in line with team success metrics.
* Assist the Head of ER with projects as needed.
