This is an excellent opportunity for a highly autonomous clinician who is confident managing patients within the community. The role is suited to an independent prescriber with strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision?making skills. You will be travelling to patients’ homes across Newark, Sherwood, Mansfield, and Ashfield to deliver safe, effective, high?quality care.
