Overview
Join Eurofins as a Customer Service Administrator in Guildford, United Kingdom. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. You will provide high quality customer care to Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics UK new and existing customers for in-house and referral laboratory testing services by phone, email, and Teams. You will maintain and develop rapport with existing and new customers and support the growth of the business in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Be the face of the business, account contact for all customers for Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics & Eurofins Clinical Genetics UK Ltd.
* Manage all incoming emails into the commercial department and log on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Create new account users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for account contacts, invoicing, and communications.
* Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner with agreed KPI’s and log on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Work with the sample reception and reporting team for incoming sample queries for customers samples.
* Work with the phlebotomy team to ensure customers have access to blood testing appointments onsite.
* Promote a professional manner and be an ambassador for Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics & Eurofins Clinical Genetics UK Ltd.
* Assist with ad-hoc duties that contribute to the smooth running of the commercial department.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Director and other team members to support business growth with high quality customer care.
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent
* Knowledge of commercial customer focused operation
* Customer Service / Administrator experience
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Problem-solving skills
