Senior Growth & Enablement Manager (Channel Distribution & Partner Activation)

📍London, United Kingdom (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office) |💰 £75,000 + Benefits

A brief overview:
As a Senior Growth & Enablement Manager, you’ll lead the global rollout of the Onsi platform as part of our strategic partnership with Zurich, one of the world’s leading insurers. This partnership is at the heart of our international expansion—digitising Zurich’s employee benefits proposition and distributing products directly to employees (B2B2E) through the Onsi app.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and operational delivery—rolling out the Onsi solution in Zurich territories, driving adoption of the Onsi app across corporate clients and brokers — ensuring that every link in the chain is aligned, motivated, and supported to push Onsi to end users. This role is both high-impact and hands-on: you’ll turn big-picture strategy into day-to-day momentum and measurable results.

What you will do:

* Work closely with Zurich’s global and regional teams to shape local go-to-market approaches and secure engagement of employers and brokers
* Identify and design benefits and experiences that motivate HR, comms, and benefits teams to promote the Onsi app to employees
* Design materials, incentives, and feedback loops to ensure that brokers actively promote Onsi to their clients
* Set up and track KPIs around corporate client adoption, usage, and activation — identifying where friction or drop-off occurs and iterating fast.
* Feed insights back into product, marketing, and partnerships teams to help shape future iterations and unlock new opportunities.
* Execute rollout and experimentation plans within Onsi — spanning test design, implementation, data collection, insight generation, and iterative review.
* Conduct market and customer research through desktop analysis, surveys, polls to inform growth strategies and validate hypotheses

You will need:

* Significant experience in go-to-market, partner enablement, growth strategy, or customer success - ideally in B2B2C models.
* Experience implementing incentivisation schemes or solving problems related to driving engagement through tailored incentives.
* Proven experience working with brokers, ideally within insurance or employee benefits space
* Familiarity with employee benefits, insurtech, healthtech, or workplace wellbeing is a strong plus
* Comfortable navigating complex, global partnerships and working across regional teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills: able to influence and align diverse groups with clarity and empathy
* Strong analytical mindset : able to define KPIs, interpret funnels, and translate insight into action
* Bonus: experience with qualitative research (e.g. interviews, shadowing, surveys)
* Bonus: deep understanding of broker channel dynamics
