Role Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEND needs
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and the SENDCo
Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning atmosphere
Use creative, differentiated approaches to support engagement and progress
Monitor, assess, and record pupil development
We Are Looking For:
A committed individual with a genuine passion for supporting SEND learners
Experience working with SEND pupils OR a strong interest in building a SEND Teacher career
Someone patient, adaptable, and confident in building strong relationships
An individual able to commit until July 2026
