Here's what a great day looks like:
Our Fragrance Advisers use their knowledge to advise customers on perfumes and other products, ensuring they leave with “That Superdrug Feeling” – exceptional customer service. Your role involves serving customers mainly at the fragrance counter, delivering excellent service, and encouraging add-on sales. You will also maintain the presentation of the fragrance counter and the wider store. Additionally, you'll support the management team in achieving store targets. There is also an optional opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our growing piercing business.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Interest or experience in fragrance
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Passion for retail and customer service
* Willingness to learn and improve your knowledge/skills in fragrance
* Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided) (optional)
* Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to change
