Retail Assistant – Luton Airport
Newstaff Employment is recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join a busy and well-established team based at Luton Airport. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

đź’· Salary ÂŁ12.21 per hour + accrued holiday pay
⏰ Working Hours Shift pattern: Two earlies (4 am–1 pm), two lates (1 pm–10 pm), two days off, then repeat
đź“Ś Job Type Full-time, Ongoing

1. Provide excellent customer service to passengers and visitors
2. Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
3. Assist customers with purchases and enquiries in a professional manner
4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store
5. Work effectively within a team to meet daily targets and ensure smooth store operations
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
7. Ability to work shifts starting as early as 4am and finishing as late as 10pm
8. Must be able to reliably commute to Luton Airport at the required times via public transport
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player approach
