Role Overview:
* Oversee two services: one fully occupied with four gentlemen and another with two cottages, each housing one female.
* Lead a team of 16 support staff, ensuring high standards of care, staff management, training, and compliance.
* Responsibilities include staff supervision, recruitment, training, regulatory compliance, relationship building with individuals and stakeholders, care plan review, and resource management.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven supervisory experience within CQC-regulated settings.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
* Level 5 in health and social care or willingness to achieve within a set timeframe.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
