We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.
We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over national and regional awards!
We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support. In return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
This is a great opportunity to work at a unique supported living service, where the people that we support love to live!
They have a beautiful home, with communal gardens, in which they enjoy spending time during the summer months. They enjoy watching the wildflowers bloom and planting the vegetable patches. There is a great community spirit and often there are events, such as lunches, a games of rounders, football tournaments, and BBQ’s amongst many others. They also enjoy a range of activities in the community. They like to enjoy being out and about, no matter what the weather, so are looking for team members who encourage them to be as independent as possible, and to make their own choices! They would love you to be a good listener, as sometimes having someone to talk to is all they need. They hope you can remains calm in difficult situations, and can problem solve, whilst being reassuring too. It is important that the people we support have their wishes taken into consideration.
