Brand Specialist - Spanish

Join our dynamic vendor services team where you'll shape the future of e-commerce while collaborating with global brands and helping them grow their presence on Amazon's marketplace. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive strategic partnerships and innovative solutions in one of the world's largest online retail platforms.

We are a diverse and collaborative team within Amazon Vendor Services focused on building strong relationships with our partners. Our mission is to help vendors optimize their presence on Amazon while delivering exceptional customer experiences. We value creativity, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Your day might include analyzing vendor performance metrics, developing strategic growth plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with vendors to optimize their business operations. You'll participate in strategy sessions, conduct data analysis, and implement solutions to enhance the vendor experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and vendor satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Analyze business metrics and create action plans to improve performance
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Guide vendors through new program launches and feature implementations


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree required
- Advanced level of English and minimum B2 level for Spanish Language, C1 preferred
- Work experience is preferred (3+ years). Relevant experience in Vendor management, Sales, post sales, Account Management, and Business Development in managing B2B Business.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Ability to work in teams and ultimately focus on delivering results with high standards
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Exposure to retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing or e-commerce will be a plus
- SQL and VBA knowledge
- Lean Six Sigma
