* 190 hours holiday plus bank/public holidays
* Monday–Thursday working week (5:30am–3:30pm)

Responsibilities
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently to manufacture components
* Following standard operating procedures, drawings and production schedules
* Performing self-inspections and in-process checks
* Reporting tooling or process issues to the team lead
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with Health & Safety policies
Experience/Qualifications
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential)
* Basic machine operation knowledge (training provided)
* Ability to read manufacturing drawings (training provided)
* Basic computer literacy for data entry
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
