The Role
The firm is seeking a Commercial Legal Director or Partner (10+ PQE) to lead and grow its commercial offering from Farnborough.
You will manage a varied caseload ranging from T&Cs to complex outsourcing projects in regulated sectors. The client base spans tech, software, financial services, and manufacturing. You'll also oversee and mentor a team of six strong fee-earners and play a key role in business development.
Requirements
1. Senior Commercial Solicitor with 10+ years PQE
2. Experience mentoring junior lawyers and managing client relationships
3. Proven business development record; a following is a strong advantage
4. Background in a Legal 500, leading regional, or City firm
