Key Responsibilities
* Own permanent projects end-to-end from initial project outset, creative approvals, organising quantities and allocations, range review refreshes and delivery.
o Beauty Playground – monthly promotional POS cladding on tables and gondola ends, liaising with brands and buyers to create this with 3D POS agencies.
o Next Big Thing.
o Category POS refreshes such as fragrance headers, hair colourants stripping.
o Trending trays info panels quarterly updates – utilising insights from the insights team and buying to devise new copy to excite the customer.
o New projects determined by business requirements – understand the asks and create solutions to fit the project needs.
* Fixturisation – liaise with relevant teams to create creative concepts and support delivery in stores.
* Attend quarterly director walkthrough review meetings.
* Work closely with 2D and 3D agencies to deliver required POS.
* Manage stock: weekly checks, replenish as needed, update promotional POS, coordinate with DHL, oversee dummy card process, check allocation reports.
* Ensure budgets: projects remain within budgets, raise purchase orders, log costs in tracker on time.
* Produce promotional POS per event and own permanent fixture POS for phased roll-outs (International Beauty); support managing the 360 plan.
* Support new store openings and audit checks; travel may be required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a fast‑paced retail environment with a strong customer‑first mindset.
* Experience managing in‑store POS, merchandising and operational projects.
* Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Flexible and able to adapt to changes.
* Strong attention to detail while maintaining a clear view of overall project goals.
* Confident working cross‑functionally with a range of stakeholders.
* Experience managing budgets, purchase orders and cost trackers.
