The successful applicant will be able to focus on business development and grow the department as well as being an excellent Private Client practitioner.

Role:
* Permanent position within our Private Client Department
* The ideal candidate would be able to work on a large case load with minimal supervision and have experience in:
* Taking Will instructions and drafting Wills
* Taking instructions for and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
* All aspects of probate and estate administration
* It is essential the applicant has a can-do outlook, a desire to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent client care and communication skills are essential, and should be familiar with case management systems.
* A Commercial approach to billing, time-recording and work in progress reporting.
* Bring ideas to expand and grow the department within our Caerphilly office.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years’ experience as a Private Client solicitor.
* Full UK Driving License
