Your Key Responsibilities:
* Own the purchase ledger process from start to finish, managing everything from data entry to payment processing.
* Handle staff expenses and ensure smooth bank reconciliations.
* Navigate Xero software like a pro.
* Manage currency & international transactions and understand UK VAT regulations.
* Track budgets and work across various cost centres.
* Collaborate with your team while also managing your own priorities independently.
What Were Looking For:
* A qualification in AAT or ICB (Level 2 or higher).
* Proven experience with Xero and advanced Excel skills.
* A detail-driven mindset and exceptional communication skills.
* The ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
* Strong organisational skills and common sense!
