Monarch Education is seeking dedicated SEND TAs to provide ad hoc daily or long-term support in a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in pupils' learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities. Support classroom teachers in managing behaviour and promoting inclusion. Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills. Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to ensure pupil progress. Requirements: Experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to adapt to different needs and learning styles. A patient and nurturing approach to supporting pupils. Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
