We are looking for a motivated and people-focusedClient Engagement & Acquisition Coordinatorto support our growth and help us bring our exceptional standard of care to even more communities.
Your Role at CareRight
This is a Devon-based, office-based position with occasional field work across the region. As a Client Engagement & Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role inconverting client enquiries into active care relationships. You’ll guide potential clients through the initial stages of engagement, coordinate assessments, and follow up to ensure a smooth and responsive onboarding experience.
You’ll also support community engagement efforts to raise awareness of CareRight’s services and build relationships with local professionals and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client enquiries with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through the initial stages of engagement
• Coordinate and book client assessments, ensuring timely follow-up to support conversion and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, families, and local professionals
• Support community engagement efforts through events, networking, and outreach to raise awareness of CareRight’s services
• Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to service delivery
• Represent CareRight at forums, exhibitions, and meetings across the Devon area
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the achievement of growth targets
The CareRight Experience
• Competitive base salary up to £30,000 per year (DOE)
• On-Target Earnings up to £50,000, including: Performance-related bonuses & Paid mileage and business expenses
• Office-based role with flexibility for field work as needed

The Ideal Candidate
• Experience in a client engagement, business development, or coordination role (care sector experience is highly advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, approachable manner
• Knowledge of the social care or healthcare landscape (CQC understanding preferred)
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
